About Dallon Fournier, Designed by Dallon

My name is Dallon Fournier, I’m a young professional Costume Technician and Craftsperson. In May 2021, I graduated from Hofstra University’s BFA program with a major in Theater Arts, a concentration in Costume Design, and a minor in Fine Arts.

After graduation, I was employed as an Install Wardrobe Stitcher with Celebrity Cruises, on their North American Flagship, the Celebrity Edge for a period of several weeks. Upon returning to the states I worked seasonally at an amusement park called Kings Dominion. In the early months of 2022, I was contracted to do some design work for a Brooklyn-based company and returned to NYC. Briefly after returning to the city I was offered a position at John Kristianson, where I have been employed since, taking a brief leave to work as a set costumer on an indie horror film. In my time at JPKNY, I’ve been able to work on many shows, covering all sorts of styles, from popular musicals like Six, Sweeney Todd, Once Upon a One More Time, and MJ, to period-style Dramas and fantasy films.

My art as an independent creator has been heavily inspired by the communities in which I am engaged, primarily fashion, fetish, and fantasy. I love traditional and high-fantasy themes and enjoy Renaissance faires, larping, and fairytales. my work is heavily inspired by Avante-Garde fashions and sculptural work, as well as communities and subcultures of people who are unashamedly themselves.
